1 Introduction & Consent

Welcome to Jeedbaz. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and the Jeedbaz platform. By registering, logging in, or using the platform in any way, you are agreeing to these Terms in full.

We believe transparency is the foundation of trust. That's why all of Jeedbaz's terms and conditions are written in plain language — so every user can understand them easily. If you have any objection to any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Account Registration & Management

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account on Jeedbaz, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false information is strictly prohibited, and any such account may be closed at any time.

• Only one account per person is permitted
• Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited
• The email address and phone number provided at registration must remain active
• Please contact our support team to update any account details

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Jeedbaz follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure platform security. Identity verification may be required for withdrawals above a certain amount or to activate bonuses. This may involve submitting a copy of your National ID or passport.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials secure. Never share your password with anyone. If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.

3 Eligibility & Suitability

The following conditions must be met to use the Jeedbaz platform:

• You must be 18 years of age or older
• You are of sound mind and capable of making independent decisions
• You are betting with your own money, not someone else's
• You are not on Jeedbaz's banned user list
• You are not currently under voluntary self-exclusion

4 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

Deposits at Jeedbaz can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Funds are credited to your account instantly in most cases. Any failed deposit will be refunded within 24 hours.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name
• Payments through third parties are not accepted

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–48 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

Jeedbaz reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction if fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity is suspected.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Betting Rules

Odds displayed when placing a bet on Jeedbaz are final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, unless a technical error or incorrect odds publication has occurred.

• Minimum bet: ৳50
• The maximum win limit per bet may vary depending on the event
• Bets placed during a technical error may be declared void
• Bets will be refunded if a match is abandoned or postponed

5.2 Live Betting

Odds in live betting change rapidly. If odds shift while your bet is being processed, the bet will be accepted at the updated odds. Live betting may be temporarily suspended due to technical issues.

5.3 Odds Errors

If incorrect odds are published due to human or technical error, Jeedbaz reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and refund the original stake.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

6.1 Welcome Bonus

Jeedbaz offers a welcome bonus for new members. To claim this bonus, specific conditions regarding the first deposit amount and timeframe must be met.

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Bets placed with bonus funds must generally have minimum odds of 1.5
• Bonuses must be used within a set validity period, or they will expire
• The same person may not claim a bonus more than once

6.2 Ongoing Promotions

• You may request the deletion of your data, though this will result in your account being closed

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jeedbaz and may result in account suspension:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Using a false identity or providing incorrect information
• Using betting software, bots, or automation tools
• Odds or bonus abuse (arbitrage betting)
• Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform
• Cheating or harassing other users
• Managing an account on behalf of a minor

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by Jeedbaz

In cases of rule violations, fraud, or any other prohibited activity, Jeedbaz reserves the right to suspend an account without prior notice. Any decision regarding the refund of balances will be made based on the circumstances.

9.2 Closure by User

10 Responsible Gaming
